  A visit to Wardika hair salon is an absolute treat! From the moment I walk in the door I am met by friendly, attentive and helpful service. Mario and his amazing staff always cheerfully welcome me as I walk in the door. The hair wash and head massage on the reclining and massaging seat is a relaxation treat. The impeccable cut and colour is so skillful that my hair just falls into place. Most importantly the care and concern of the staff makes me feel special and valued. Not surprisingly four generations in my family frequent this salon - my mother, myself, my daughter and my grandchildren and each and everyone of us enjoy and appreciate each visit. In fact I appreciate this superior service that much that I travel all the way from Caulfield to Greythorn on a weekly basis. Best of all I get heaps of compliments on my hair. I highly recommend this salon and the complete experience of indulgence.

  I wanted to try local hairdresser. Despite thr negative feedback I thought I'll give them benefit of doubt. I booked for a haircut and was appointed a very young lady Stephanie. I explained my concerns my goals with my hair. I felt without really developing an understanding ahe went straight for product sell and when I explained I have all my products I don't think she was happy, possibly because I was annoyed at the eager sell! Once hair was cut I was not happy and tried to explain how I'd like it fixed to this I was told 'rome wasn't built in a day' and 'I can only work with what I have your hair is damaged'. She did not care for my needs and I wouldn't allow me to express why. I was very tempted to have her really hear my voice however I felt this wouldn't be fair on the business. I went home and called the salon to speak with owner. The owner Mario I believe didn't call me back all day I waited. I paid $95 for a cut...I expect good service. I called following day I was told he had a very busy day by now im fuming at lack of customer care. He called me back when I mentioned id be coming into salon and speak face to face. I didn't answer because by now I didn't want to give owner chance to fix this error. Please do yourselves a favour and do not go to this salon because apparently a cut needs magic! My cut is terrible and nothing I said was listened to. I ended up trimming bits that ahe refused to listen and fix. Worst customer service ever.
