I've been around the fitness industry for 20+ years and can truly say that Michelle is one of the best trainers I have ever had and also she is a total insertion. She is so educated in all things health and wellbeing and if you follow her instruction, she will enable you to be the best version of yourself. I cannot recumbent BodyVision higher. Whether you are after Barre, Pilates, boxing, or sculpt class or one on one or small group Personal Training session, the knowledge and quality is second to none. You will leave every class with a tight core and a burning butt, but you will be proud that you gave it that little bit more than you thought you had in the tank! Well worth the membership fees. The studio also had a great clientele and a fabulous vibe.
